  33. New with this version are tabs in the Notes section pre-loaded with DOS and
  34. Windows system files for editing. Also included is the filecab.dat file which
  35. will load once you have added applications to the buttons and this file is 
  36. created. Now when you click your right mouse button over an application/utility
  37. button the popup menu will show "Edit Buttons" at the top. When you click this
  38. the filecab.dat file will open in the Notes section and the first listing of
  39. the path information for that button will be highlighted for editing. To edit
  40. the picture/icon information just click the menu item Search...Find to locate
  41. the file path (if it is the same as the .exe file). You can now add a title or 
  42. name to the application and utility buttons in "Setup". When program is minimized,
  43. icon moves. To stop this, click on icon and select item from popup menu (control
  44. box menu).

  46. Also, minor errors have been corrected. There seems to be an occasional conflict
  47. with certain Diamond Stealth drivers that may cause the program to lock-up.

  51. To run YOUR FILE CABINET you will need the VBRUN300.DLL Visual Basic runtime 
  52. file (found on most BBS's) in your Windows or Windows/System directory
  53. (as long as this is in your path statement). Then add a new program
  54. item to one of your groups (File*New*OK, etc.) using the icon with
  55. YOUR FILE CABINET. I don't know if this will run in Windows 3.0 but it should.

  60.  your start-up group also).

  79.  These files need to be placed in your Windows directory (or Windows\System 
  80.  if in your path) if you don't already have them. (Please make sure this is
  81.  the most recent version).

  86.  These  will be created in the same directory as the main filecab.exe file.
  87.  Once you have added your programs to the buttons, the file information will 
  88.  be saved in the filecab.dat file. Any tab settings and filecab settings will be listed
  89.  in the filecab.ini file. The filecab.hlp file should be placed here.

  93. To run YOUR FILE CABINET, double-click on its icon and it will open to the
  94. main title folder. Run Setup (on the menu bar) to make various title and
  95. name changes as well as tab and folder changes.

  98. few instructions when you click various areas with your right mouse button.

  102. PLEASE NOTE, WHEN ADDING YOUR PROGRAMS/APPLICATIONS TO THE BUTTONS, YOUR 
  103. VIDEO COLORS SHOULD BE NO HIGHER THAN 256. ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS,
  104. YOU MAY CHANGE TO A HIGHER COLOR (32K, 64K ETC.).

  106. The status bar at the bottom of YOUR FILE CABINET will show what the various
  107. buttons are that the mouse cursor is above. When it is above one of the application
  108. buttons, it will show the path of the file that is added to that button.
